I. Shipping Duration

  • International Orders: Transit times for international orders typically range from 4 to 10 working days. For extra-large items shipped via sea route, delivery may take 20-28 days.
  • Dispatch Time: Orders are generally dispatched within 3 to 7 business days from payment confirmation.

II. Custom Made Orders and Chandeliers

Please allow 6-10 days for the crafting and preparation of custom chandeliers and made-to-order lighting fixtures. Each piece is meticulously crafted upon order receipt to ensure the highest quality and personalization.

III. Warehouse Operations

Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays. During these times, we take measures to minimize shipment delays.

IV. Customs Clearance

At Decorillum, we're committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. However, international shipping involves complex customs clearance processes that may extend delivery times.

  • Extended Customs Clearance: In rare cases, customs clearance can take up to 60 days due to stringent inspections or peak shipping periods. While we strive to expedite the process, some delays are beyond our control.

V. Disputes and Non-Receipt of Goods

  • Receipt of Goods: Responsibility for your purchase transfers to you upon delivery to the address provided.

  • Non-Receipt Claims: If you do not receive your order despite our records indicating delivery, please contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with our delivery partners and seek a resolution.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund, as appropriate.

VI. Processing and Dispatch

Orders made before 15:00 Eastern Standard Time (EST) on business days, excluding public holidays, will be processed on the same day. Please anticipate a processing period of 2-3 business days for the dispatch of standard items and 7-15 business days for custom-made items due to the additional craftsmanship involved.

VII. Shipping Services

Decorillum provides Free Insured Shipping, typically resulting in delivery within 7-15 business days post-dispatch. We do not conduct shipping operations on weekends or public holidays. Handling time is usually 48 to 72 hours.

VIII. Delayed Shipment and Delivery

Despite our efforts to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will notify you of any such delays and will assist with communication with courier services as necessary.

IX. Fulfillment Centers

Our fulfillment centers are located in the USA, China, Spain, and Germany. Orders are dispatched based on product availability and the proximity of the fulfillment center to the delivery address to ensure efficient delivery.

X. Tracking Information

Decorillum will provide tracking information for every dispatched order via email or SMS. In cases where multiple shipments are required for a single order, tracking information for each package will be provided.
